Le Grand Fooding Is A Three-Night Gastronomic Event

"Is the Italian cuisine better in Italy or abroad?" Find the answer to this apparently sacrilegious question at Le Grand Fooding Milano, a three-night event organized by the French innovative culinary movement Le Fooding. From Oct.20, each night, two Italian chefs will playfully compete against and two chefs from other countries.

The visitors will be the lucky judges. Start the dinner with the pizzas by Charlie Hallowell from San Francisco and Jon Pollard from London matched with champagne Mumm Cuvée Privilège and end it enjoying the Bomba di Gelato (ice-cream explosion) by Franco Aliberti. Each night's menu is different. Just experiment new amazing dishes like the Sepia Hot Dog by Moreno Cedroni or the Fish Burger by Cristiano Tomeï . After dinner, the night goes on with a party featuring the French dj Remy Kolpa Kopoul.

The location of the event is Opificio 31 – Tortona Locations in Via Tortona, 31, Milan. The cost for each night is 50 euros.
